About Us

Our Mission

We exist to serve, coach, and strengthen Christian leaders as they pursue the work God has prepared for them. We help leaders gain clarity in their calling and gifting, and we support organizations as they take practical steps to become more effective in their Kingdom purpose. Our focus is simple. equip leaders to lead well with confidence, character, and direction.

New CLI Projects

CLI periodically considers new ministry projects for approval. These projects may operate under CLI as a “DBA” and receive organizational support and accountability.

To be considered, a project must include:

  • A clear ministry vision summary
  • A business plan with budget
  • A designated project leader
  • A signed agreement affirming CLI financial policies

Project leaders must demonstrate a strong track record of character, competency, and commitment. They become representatives of CLI and may serve on the board.

CLI will collect and account for all project funds. Project leaders are responsible for raising support for their project. All contributions will be tax deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines.

Financial Accountability

Receipts will be collected and funds disbursed monthly. Project leaders will approve all expenses within the amount raised and collected for their project. Expenses must be tied to ministry activity and supported with documentation. Reimbursements over $100 require receipts. If receipts are missing, a form must be completed and approved.

By submitting a project, leaders agree to follow CLI’s financial guidelines and procedures.
