Christian Leadership Initiative
CLI supports multiple projects every year. Each project aligns with our DNA and is led by a person of known character. CLI provides the legal infrastructure and coverage for each project, while each project is responsible for raising the funds to cover its costs. Want to discuss a project?
The Good Soil Community
The Good Soil community is a virtual community committed to understanding the depths of discipleship. It includes a video series, a podcast, and the book The Good Soil, published by Wipf & Stock Publishers in March 2021. The Good Soil is focused on helping individuals grow through intentional spiritual rhythms and habits. Its content and resources encourage a shift from fragmented spirituality toward a grounded daily life shaped by prayer, reflection, rest, and meaningful relationships. The Good Soil aims to equip believers to experience lasting transformation that impacts every area of life.
CLI Coaching & Consulting
We live in a world where information is easy to get. However, that information alone is rarely the key to unlocking a leader or an organization. CLI coaching supports coaches who can work with leaders and the Organization to help them identify the jugular issues that will enable them to make the changes necessary for fruitful ministry.
Spiritual Direction
CLI is committed to supporting clergy throughout every stage of their ministries. One key way we do this is by offering Spiritual Direction, not only during our experiential trips but as an ongoing resource beyond a single event. We believe everyone needs a trusted guide who has spiritual authority, is outside their work environment, and is trained to listen, advise, and care for the soul. Our Spiritual Direction offerings provide a safe, personal space to process the deeper parts of life and ministry.
Charleston Band of Brothers
CBOB is a community of men in the Charleston, SC area who are committed to growing in faith, leadership, and genuine connection. Their signature weekend retreat, Life to the Limit Retreat, offers a powerful opportunity to explore the deep desires and challenges of the masculine heart, fatherhood, faith, relationships, and calling, and invites men into authentic freedom and purpose.
Anglican Leadership Initiative
We draw together humble, gifted, missional, and anointed Anglican Leaders in North America for spiritual growth and refreshment, exposure to professional leadership coaching, and the ongoing work of relationally connecting orthodox Anglican leaders in North America.
