CLI provides coaching and consulting for individuals, churches, and organizations who want to lead with clarity and purpose. We help leaders understand their unique calling and wiring, develop a practical plan, and take confident steps toward the life and impact they were created for.

We also partner with organizations experiencing transition or preparing for significant change. Our team identifies the key issues that must be addressed, builds a strategic plan, and walks leaders through execution so progress becomes sustainable and meaningful.

Contact Allen Hughes, head of CLI Coaching, for an initial conversation to discern whether CLI is the right fit. Fees are discussed in person and tailored to needs and budget. Limited pro bono opportunities and scholarships are available.
